Arieli is Managing Partner at BIG IL, top investment firm focused on early-stage Israeli tech companies, Founder at Synthesis, global executive leadership assessment firm, and Author of Chutzpah: Why Israel Is a Hub of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, published in the US by HarperBusiness, and translated into to various languages, including Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and Hebrew. Following her mandatory military service, serving as lieutenant in elite unit 8200, and for the past 3 decades, she embraced leading executive roles in the Israeli tech sector and has founded a series of programs for innovators, where she holds board seats. She is also President at ChutzpahCenter, spreading the Chutzpah mindest across the globe. Arieli lectures widely to business and government leaders around the world, analyzing and discussing the most critical leadership skills. Among her most popular keynotes are “Chutzpah: Skills for the Future”, “From Special Forces to the Board Room” and “The Secrets of Successful Interviewers.” Arieli holds an LL.B. Law, B.A in Economics and an MBA, all from Tel Aviv University.
